RENÉ MOURIS policy is formulated to ensure that our customers are satisfied every time they place an order on our website. If you purchase RENÉ MOURIS product through our website and are unhappy with the product when you receive it or if you simply change your mind, by law, customers in the French are entitled to cancel the order and must notify RENÉ MOURIS at email@example.com within fourteen (14) days from the day of receiving the product. Customers must grant consent from RENÉ MOURIS by writing before they return the product.
The returned product(s) must be in its original condition along with all the accessories (if any) and, insofar possible. Original condition means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the product and the security tags are still attached (“Original Condition”). The product must not have been sized or altered in any way.
The refund of the successful claim will be directed to the credit/debit card used to place the original order within 14 days of the receipt by us as proof of the return of the items, once we have inspected the returned item and are satisfied that it has been returned to us in Original Condition; otherwise, the return will not be honored or you will be charged a restocking fee depending on the condition.
If a customer placed an order through our authorized retail store and is unhappy with the product(s) after the purchase or if you simply change your mind, the customer must return the product(s) to the store whereas you purchased the product and the rights different upon the law of a customer at his/her place of purchase and the right may not apply to you.
RENÉ MOURIS tries to select and package the items as well as possible to ensure they arrive in good condition. Nevertheless, if a customer purchases a RENÉ MOURIS product through our website and you find an item arrives damaged or with defects, or is not what you ordered, we will repair or replace it free of charge or provide a full refund as in our sole discretion.
Customers must notify us of the issue of the product by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org within fourteen (14) days from the day of receiving the product(s) to obtain consent from us in writing.
We will inspect the returned item and are satisfied that it has been returned to us in the condition as it was in the Original Condition or approved that the product is defective, we will, in our sole discretion, repair or replace the product and send it back to you with free shipping. If in a returned product, we cannot find any fault as described, or if a customer is entitled to a refund for the defective product, the refund will be directed to the credit/debit card used to place the original order within 14 days of the receipt by us as proof of the return of the items once we have inspected the returned item and approved the product is defective.
PURCHASED FROM AUTHORIZED RETAIL STORE OR OTHERS
If a customer placed an order through our authorized retail store or 3rd Party online platforms including, but not limited to Amazon, eBay, and Etst, regardless of the reason of Unwanted Products or Faulty Products, the customer must return the product(s) to the store whereas you purchased the product from. This right is governed and interpreted under French law without reference to the provisions concerning any conflict of laws and excluding the convention on the international sale of goods. Some states may have a different policy, so the period limitations mentioned may not apply to you. This policy gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.

HOW TO RETURN UNWANTED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
· Please contact us to inform us of your wish to return products at email@example.com.
· The product(s) must return to us within 14 days of the day the customer is granted consent from us (unless we agree otherwise).
· The notice must contain the following information: your order number, your reason for the return, and the name of the product you wish to return.
· We will allocate you a RENÉ MOURIS logistic center to return to and along with a Returns Authorisation number which must be included with the package to speed processing of your return.
· Customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returned product(s) back to RENÉ MOURIS. If possible, please use a secure delivery method that requires a signature or Special Delivery
· Product(s) lost in transportation will not be compensated for.
· Return against cash on delivery is not accepted.
· Return without a Returns Authorisation number is not accepted.
· The returned product(s) must be in its Original Condition together with all the accessories (if any) and, insofar possible; and accompanied by the original valid warranty certificate.
